본 발명은 나노구조체를 이용하여 높은 광추출효율을 갖는 나노 구조체가 삽입된 발광다이오드 소자를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 상기의 목적 달성을 위하여 본 발명은, 나노 구조체가 삽입된 발광다이오드소자에 있어서, 상기 발광다이오드
는 피형 전극이 접촉하는 보호층 상단에 형성되는 나노 구조체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
