Lab Description
A main topic is to develop multi-scale (MEMS, NEMS, or macro-scale) sensor systems for biomedical and industrial applications and explore the underlying physics of the sensors. Another main one is to investigate the collection, control, and detection of airborne (biological) particles and the removal of biological particles using aerosols.
