본 발명은 백금 기판에 h-BN을 형성하는 단계(제1단계); 및 상기 h-BN이 형성된 백금 기판을 반응로에 배치하고 탄소공급원을 투입하고 열처리하여 상기 h-BN에 그래핀이 삽입된 패턴을 형성하는 단계(제2단계)를 포함하는 평면내 h-BN에 그래핀이 삽입된 복합체 제조방법을 제공한다.
따라서 백금 기판을 촉매로 하고 치환반응의 조건을 조절하여 h-BN에 그래핀을 삽입하여 복합체를 제조할 수 있다. 특히 그래핀이 삽입되는 치환반응의 반응시간을 조절하여 그래핀과 h-BN의 계면을 조절하여 정밀한 전기 및 자기 물성을 가지는 2차원 나노소재를 제조할 수 있다.
