- Abstract
- 본 발명은 열분해공정을 통하여 마이크로 구조를 나노구조로 변형하여 카본스탬프를 형성하고, 이를 이용하여 나노구조물을 형성함으로써 보다 용이하게 나노구조를 형성하는 나노구조물 형성방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 마이크로구조의 제1포토레지스트층이 상측에 형성된 마스터스탬프를 형성하는 단계; 상기 마스터스탬프를 열분해하여 나노구조가 상측에 형성된 카본스탬프를 형성하는 단계; 상기 카본스탬프로 제2기판 상에 적층된 제2포토레지스트층을 가압하여 나노구조물을 형성하는 단계; 상기 카본스탬프를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 나노구조물 형성방법을 제공한다.
