- 본 발명은 기판의 일면에 형성된 제1절연층; 상기 제1절연층의 표면에 형성되며, 탄소와이어 및 상기 탄소와이어의 양 단을 지지하는 한 쌍의 탄소전극을 포함하는 히터부; 상기 탄소와이어의 표면에 형성된 제2절연층; 상기 제2절연층의 표면에 형성된 금속산화물 씨앗층 및 상기 금속산화물 씨앗층의 표면에 형성된 금속산화물나노와이어를 포함하는 센서부; 상기 탄소전극과 접하며, 상기 히터부에 전원 연결을 위한 히터부 전극; 및 상기 센서부와 접하되, 상기 히터부 전극과 이격 배치되며, 센서부 전원 연결 및 전류 측정을 위한 센서부 전극;을 포함하는 가스센서 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
