- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 미세 패턴의 정확성과 균일성을 제공하고, 미세 패턴 제조 공정을 단순화할 수 있는 포토마스크 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 포토마스크 제조 방법은, 포토마스크용 기판을 전기수력학적현상을 이용한 프린팅 장치의 노즐의 하측에 위치시키는 단계; 노즐에 공압 부재를 이용하여 공기압을 제공하는 단계; 노즐에 전기수력학적현상이 발생되도록, 전원으로부터 전압을 노즐에 인가하는 단계; 및 노즐로부터 전기수력학적현상을 이용하여 패턴용 잉크를 토출시켜 상기 포토마스크용 기판 상에 패턴을 프린팅하는 단계;를 포함한다.
