- 본 발명에 따르면, 반도체기판(10); 및 상기 반도체기판(10) 상에 일정간격 이격되어 각각 증착된 제1반도체 씨드층(20) 및 제2반도체 씨드층(30)과, 상기 제1반도체 씨드층(20) 및 제2반도체 씨드층(30)으로부터 각각 성장되어 형성된 제1나노구조체(21) 및 제2나노구조체(31)와, 상기 제1나노구조체(21) 및 제2나노구조체(31)의 표면에 증착된 촉매층(50)을 포함하는 접합센서소자(100);를 포함하는 금속산화물 반도체를 이용한 접합센서 어레이를 개시한다.
