- 본 발명은 제조 비용이 절감되고 제조 과정이 단순화된 투명 전극의 제조방법 및 투명 전극을 포함한 전자 기판을 위하여, 지지 기판 상에 무기절연층이 패터닝되어 트렌치홈이 형성된 마스터 기판을 형성하는 단계; 상기 무기절연층이 외부로 노출되도록 상기 마스터 기판의 상기 트렌치홈에 금속층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 금속층 상에 플렉서블 기판을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 플렉서블 기판을 상기 마스터 기판으로부터 탈착시키는 단계를 포함하는, 투명 전극의 제조방법을 제공한다.
