- 본 발명은, 초박막 건식접착 필름에 관한 것으로, 웨이퍼 상에 복수 개의 미세섬모들에 대응되는 홈부들이 형성된 몰드를 배치하고 액상의 합성수지를 도포하여 경화시키는 단계; 제1 수지필름 상에 제2 수지필름을 배치 후 고정시키는 단계; 경화된 상기 합성수지의 일면과 상기 제2 수지필름의 일면을 표면 처리하는 단계; 상기 합성수지의 일면과 상기 제2 수지필름의 일면을 가교시키는 단계; 상기 합성수지의 일면과 상기 제2 수지필름의 일면을 상호 마주하여 밀착시켜 접합하는 단계; 및 상기 웨이퍼 및 상기 몰드, 상기 제1 수지필름을 제거하는 단계를 포함한다.
