- Abstract
- 본 기재에 따른 InP 양자점의 제조방법은 a) 인듐 전구체, 용매 및 황을 포함하는 유기 리간드를 반응기에 넣어 혼합한 후 가열하며 진공화하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 단계 a)의 반응기에 아미노포스핀계 화합물을 첨가하여, 상기 단계 a)에서 제조된 혼합물과 반응시켜 InP(인듐 포스파이드) 양자점을 합성하는 단계를 포함한다.
