본 발명은 제조 비용이 저렴하고, 나노 구조체의 밀도 조절을 통하여 표면 반사율이 낮은 나노구조체를 이용한 태양 전지용 반사방지막을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 태양 전지판 표면에 형성되는 나노구조체를 이용한 태양 전지용 반사방지막에 있어서, 상기 태양 전지판 표면에 형성되는 박막층; 상기 박막층 상단에 형성되며, 조밀한 나노구조체를 포함하는 제1나노구조체층; 및 상기 제1나노구조체층 상단에 형성되며, 다공성 나노구조체를 포함하는 제2나노구조체층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
