본 발명은, 후면전극 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기판 상에 쉐도우 마스크를 위치시키는 단계; 상기 쉐도우 마스크를 이용하여 선택적 영역에 제1 금속층을 증착하는 단계; 상기 제1 금속층 상에 제1 전극층을 증착하는 단계; 상기 제1 전극층의 적어도 일면에 폴리머층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 쉐도우 마스크를 제거하는 단계; 상기 폴리머층 및 상기 기판 상에 제2 금속층을 증착하는 단계; 상기 제2 금속층 상에 제2 전극층을 증착하는 단계; 및 리프트-오프 단계; 를 포함하는, 후면전극 태양전지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 후면전극 태양전지의 제조공정을 단순화시키고, 전극 패턴의 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다.
