- Abstract
- InP 양자점의 제조방법 및 InP/ZnS 코어/쉘 양자점의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, a) 인듐 전구체 및 용매를 반응기에 넣어 혼합한 후, 가열하며 진공화하는 단계; 및 b) 상기 단계 a)의 반응기에 백린(white phosphorus)을 첨가하여, 상기 단계 a)에서 제조된 혼합물과 상기 백린을 열분해 반응시켜 InP(인듐 포스파이드) 양자점을 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 InP 양자점의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
