- 본 발명에 따른 탄소구조체 제조방법은 A)준비된 실리콘웨이퍼 상면에 절연층을 형성하는 단계와, B)상기 A)단계에 의해 형성된 절연층 상에 포토리소그래피로 해당 형상의 포토레지스트구조물을 형성하는 단계와, C)상기 B)단계에 의해 형성된 포토레지스트구조물을 탄소구조체로 전환되도록, 상기 포토레지스트구조물을 열분해하는 단계와, D)상기 C)단계에 의해 포토레지스트구조물에서 탄소구조체로 전환된 탄소구조체를 급속 후열처리하는 단계로, 탄소구조체의 전기 전도도가 획기적으로 향상시키는 탄소구조체 제조방법을 제공한다.
