- 본 발명은, 투명 전도성 건식접착 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 베이스 플레이트와, 상기 베이스 플레이트 상에 돌출 형성된 기둥부 및 상기 기둥부 상에 연장 형성된 접착부로 이루어지는 미세섬모 구조물을 포함하는 접착부재; 및 외부에서 전원이 공급되면 전류가 흐르도록 상기 접착부재 상에 구비되는 도전성 시트를 포함한다.
