- 특정 곡률 반경을 갖는 결정질 실리콘 반도체 기판; 상기 결정질 실리콘 반도체 기판의 제1면으로부터 수직방향으로 연장하고 서로 이격하여 배열되는 복수의 마이크로와이어 구조체; 상기 결정질 실리콘 반도체 기판의 제1면 상에 위치하고, 상기 결정질 실리콘 반도체 기판과 P-N 접합을 형성하는 제1층; 상기 제1층 상에 위치하고, 상기 제1층과 접속된 제1 전극부; 상기 제1면과 반대면인 상기 결정질 실리콘 반도체 기판의 제2면 상에 위치하는 제2층; 및 상기 제2층 상에 위치하고, 상기 제2층과 접속된 제2전극부;를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
