- Abstract
- 다중 프로브 혼성화를 이용한 미생물 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 양상에 따른 검출 방법은 시료 내 미생물을 농축하는 단계에 의해 미생물을 배양, 또는 유전물질을 정제 또는 증폭하지 않고 미생물을 검출할 수 있다. 또한, 시료 내 포함된 미생물을 고정화하여 세척 과정에 의해 반복적으로 검출할 수 있으므로, 다양한 프로브를 사용해 다중 검출이 가능하다.
