- Abstract
- 본 발명은 대면적 투명 전극의 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 대면적 투명 전극에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 대면적 투명 전극의 제조방법은 전기방사법을 이용하여 기판 상에 고분자 물질을 방사하여, 상기 기판 상에 고분자 파이버를 형성하는 단계; 상기 고분자 파이버를 전처리하는 단계; 상기 전처리된 고분자 파이버 상에 금속층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 고분자 파이버를 제거하여 나노 파이버를 포함하는 투명 전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
