- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 비정질 금속 박막으로 형성된 유연 봉지재료는, 구리와 지르코늄을 스퍼터링에 의해 디바이스의 표면에 증착되어, 결정립이 없는 비정질 구조를 가지며 나노 사이즈 두께의 박막으로 형성됨으로써, 수분 차단 특성이 우수하고 신축성 있는 디바이스에도 적용가능한 이점이 있다.
