- 본 발명은 광 흡수체 기반의 열전 소자용 구조체 및 그 제조방법과 그를 이용한 광 열전 소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 광 열전 소자용 구조체는, 베이스 기판; 상기 베이스 기판 상에 형성되는 광 흡수체;및 상기 베이스 기판의 적어도 일 영역과 상기 광 흡수체의 적어도 일영역에 걸쳐 형성되는 BiTe계 물질을 포함하는 열전부;를 포함한다.
