- Abstract
- 본 발명은 페롭스카이트 구조(Perovskite structure)의 산화물 상에 이산화바나듐(VO2)을 증착함으로써 tetragonal VO2 결정상의 이산화바나듐 박막을 성장시킬 수 있는 마이크로볼로미터용 저항체 박막 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 마이크로볼로미터용 저항체 박막은 실리콘 기판; 상기 실리콘 기판 상에 형성된 페롭스카이트 구조의 산화물 박막; 및 상기 페롭스카이트 구조의 산화물 박막 상에 형성된 tetragonal 결정상의 이산화바나듐(VO2) 박막을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
