- 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 일면에 기판이 안착될 수 있고, 가장자리를 따라 하나 이상의 홀을 갖는 척부와, 상기 척부의 상부에 배치되어 상기 기판 상에 레이저빔을 조사할 수 있는 레이저빔 발진부와, 상기 척부에 배치되어 상기 기판의 적어도 하나의 코너를 지지하는 코너 지지부와, 상기 척부에 연결되어 상기 하나 이상의 홀들을 통해 공기를 흡입하는 석션부를 구비하는, 레이저 가공 장치가 제공된다.
