- Abstract
- The concept and definition of Changma were discussed at Changma forum during the 2025 Spring Conference of the Korea Meteorological Society, along with the results of a survey from the society members. This article summarizes the background history of the forum, the survey results, and the discussed issues. A new definition of Changma is also proposed to incorporate recent changes in Changma characteristics more comprehensively.
