dc.description.abstract | Lumazine synthase protein cage nanoparticle isolated from Aquifex aeolicus (AaLS) is developed as a modular delivery nanoplatform that genetically acquires either tumor vasculature targeting peptides or hepatocellular carcinoma cell surface targeting peptides on its surface. The targeting peptide bearing AaLS effectively delivers its cargo to their target cancer cells. | - |
