- 센서부를 포함하는 전자 장치가 개시된다. 상기 센서부는 사용자의 터치 또는 상기 센서부의 물리적 변형을 감지한다. 제1 방향으로 연장되는 제1 센서 전극; 상기 제1 방향과 상이한 제2 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제1 및 제2 방향들과 수직한 제3 방향으로 상기 제1 센서 전극과 중첩하는 제2 센서 전극; 상기 제2 방향과 상이한 제4 방향으로 연장되고, 상기 제2 센서 전극과 상기 제3 방향으로 중첩하는 제3 센서 전극을 구비하고, 상기 제1 내지 제3 센서 전극들은 서로 절연되고, 서로 다른 층에 배치된다.
