Analyticity of the Navier-Stokes equations

Abstract

In this talk, I will show how to establish analyticity of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations using the Gevrey regularity technique. This idea can be applied to coupled system of equations and I will explain briefly how to obtain analyticity of the inhomogeneous Navier-Stokes equations and the barotropic compressible Navier-Stokes equations.
