Agricultural machinery such as rice transplanters must perform horizontal control and depth control while driving on uneven surfaces. However, a fluid type inclination sensor is often used, and there are disadvantages that an undershoot phenomenon of the level signal and a reaction speed is slow. Some MEMS-type sensors have been developed to overcome this problem, but they do not solve the drift problem. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to develop a sensor that compensates for these shortcomings. By replacing the fluid type sensor with a MEMS type sensor, the reaction speed is improved. However, MEMS sensors have undershoot and overshoot phenomena. Therefore, it was solved using Butterworth low pass filter. And the temperature compensation function enables stable operation even in weather or seasonal changes.
