Abstract
The novel coronavirus disease COVID−19 has spread out to all over the world in 2020 since the first case of the disease was reported in China in December 2019. In Republic of Korea, more than 21,000 infected cases and 340 casualties are reported, as of September 9, 2020. In this talk, we present mathematical modeling for describing the spread of COVID-19 in Korea and investigate the effect of control strategies on the spread of the disease.
