Abstract
In recent years, researches for artificial tissue have attracted to mimic structures and functions of native tissue. However, there are lacking studies to design and fabricate an artificial cornea for structural and functional reproducibility. In this study, we suggested the OCT imaging-based tissue fabrication protocol for personalized artificial cornea which mimicked structural characteristics of native cornea. We designed a 3D printed mold to manufacture the artificial cornea using 3D OCT images of the cornea. It is expected that our protocol will be applied to fabricate various artificial tissues which are closely mimicked native tissues.
