Abstract
Graphene has attractive great attention from many scientists due to its supernal properties such as electrical, thermal, optical, chemical, mechanical properties. Since 2004, many methods to make graphene had investigated such as epitaxial growth, chemical vapor deposition. Graphene has advantages that can be applied to many fields and research is under way to further strengthen it. One of them is to convert the two-dimensional graphene into a three-dimensional structure. Three-dimensional (3D) structured graphene not only preserves the existing advantages, but also has a large surface area to avoid re-stacking. Another way is to modify the surface to activate the surface of graphene.
