- Abstract
- 본 발명은 리그노셀룰로스계 바이오매스의 전처리 방법 및 이를 이용하여 당화합물 및 바이오연료(예를 들어, 바이오에탄올 또는 바이오부탄올)를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상세하게는 화학적 전처리 단계 없이, 유성분쇄(planetary mill) 방식, 또는 마멸분쇄(attrition mill) 방식의 물리적 전처리 단계에 의하여 리그닌(lignin)을 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리그노셀룰로스 계 바이오매스의 전처리 방법 및 이를 이용하여 당화합물 및 바이오연료를 제조하는 방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 독성 부산물의 발생과 바이오매스의 손실을 줄이고 당 수율을 향상시켜 리그노셀룰로스계 바이오매스로부터 바이오연료를 생산하는 생물전환 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
