- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 탄소체를 이용하여 그래핀층의 변형이나 파손 없이 전사하여 그래핀 도전층을 형성하는 그래핀 도전층 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 그래핀 도전층 제조 방법은, 제1 기판 상에 그래핀층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 그래핀층 상에 탄소체 및 분산제를 포함하는 도포층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 탄소체를 상기 그래핀층 상에 잔류시키도록, 상기 도포층에서 상기 분산제를 제거하는 단계; 상기 탄소체가 상기 그래핀층에 결합되도록, 상기 그래핀층을 열처리하는 단계; 상기 제1 기판을 제거하여 상기 그래핀층을 분리하는 단계; 및 상기 분리된 그래핀층을 제2 기판 상에 전사하여 그래핀 도전층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
