- 본 발명은 오메가 산화를 통해 디카르복실산을 생산할 수 있는 변이 대장균, 이의 제조방법, 및 상기 변이 대장균을 이용하여 디카르복실산을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 대장균에서도 다양한 식물유 등과 같은 지방산으로부터 디카르복실산을 우수한 수율로 제조할 수 있다.
