- Abstract
- 본 발명은 대장균에서 베타 산화를 통해 카프로산을 생산하는 방법, 및 카프로산을 생산하는 변이 대장균에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따르면 폐 식물유와 같은 장쇄 지방산으로부터 카프로산을 우수한 수율로 생산해 낼 수 있으므로 산업 물질 또는 바이오 연료의 제조에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.
