- 본 발명은 싸이오에스터라제의 특정 아미노산이 치환됨으로써 우수한 지방산 생성능을 나타내는 변이 대장균 및 이를 이용한 지방산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 변이 대장균은 야생형 대장균에 비해 지방산 생성능이 우수한 바, 함유화학제품의 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
