본 발명은 상측에 무정형 탄소가 증착되는 기판; 상기 기판의 상측에 구비되어 상기 무정형 탄소에 레이저 빔을 조사하는 레이저 발생부; 및 상기 레이저 발생부 측면 또는 주위에 배치되어 상기 무정형 탄소에 실드 가스를 분사하는 가스공급부를 포함하는 레이저를 이용한 그래핀 형성 장치를 제공한다.
따라서 무정형 탄소가 증착된 기판 상에 레이저를 조사하여 다양한 패턴을 가지는 그래핀을 균일하게 형성할 수 있다. 투명한 기판에 대면적으로 그래핀 필름을 형성하는 경우에 투명 전극, 투명 발열 필름 및 전자기파 차폐용 투명 필름 등의 용도로 사용할 수 있다.
