- 본 발명은, 적정한 재질의 히트싱크를 이용하여 박판 금속의 방열특성을 증가시킴으로써 박판 금속의 열변형을 최소화하는 박판 금속 레이저 열처리공방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 히트싱크의 상면에 박판 금속을 고정시키는 단계; 상기 히트싱크의 재질 및 박판 금속의 재질에 기초하여 흡수레이저강도 및 레이저 조사 시간을 결정하는 단계; 상기 박판 금속에 레이저를 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 박판 금속 레이저 열처리 방법을 제공한다.
