- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 히트싱크를 이용하여 박판의 탄소강의 방열특성을 증가시킴으로써 박판의 탄소강을 열처리할 수 있는 히트싱크를 구비한 레이저 열처리장치 및 레이저 열처리방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 레이저를 발생시켜 박판 금속에 레이저를 조사하는 레이저 조사기; 상기 레이저 조사기의 하측에 배치되고, 상기 박판 금속이 상면에 안착되어, 상기 박판 금속에서 발생하는 열을 전달받아 외부로 배출시키는 히트싱크; 상기 히트싱크의 하측에서 상기 히트싱크를 지지하는 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임에 장착되며, 상기 박판 금속을 고정시키는 고정기구를 포함하는 히트싱크를 구비한 레이저 열처리 장치 및 레이저 열처리 방법을 제공한다.
