- 본 발명은, 저온에서 작동가능하고, 높은 효율로 일산화탄소를 생성하는 고체 산화물 전해 셀을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고체 산화물 전해 셀은 일산화탄소를 생성하고, 이산화탄소가 분해되어 형성된 일산화탄소 가스를 배출하고, 이중층 페로브스카이트 구조를 가지는 캐소드; 상기 캐소드를 마주보고 배치되고 상기 이산화탄소가 분해되어 형성된 산소 가스를 배출하는 애노드; 및 상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드 사이에 배치되는 전해질을 포함한다.
