- Abstract
- 본 발명은 그래핀옥사이드를 용매에 용해시켜 그래핀옥사이드 용액을 준비하는 단계(제1단계); 상기 그래핀옥사이드 용액에 금속전구체 및 유기광물질을 첨가한 혼합용액을 가열하여 수열합성하는 단계(제2단계) ; 및 상기 수열합성된 생성물을 상온으로 냉각한 이후에 세척하고 건조하여 그래핀옥사이드에 코발트 디설파이드 나노입자가 분산된 환원된 그래핀옥사이드 혼성체(CoS2/rGO)를 수득하는 단계(제3단계)를 포함하는 코발트 디설파이드가 분산된 환원된 그래핀옥사이드 제조방법을 제공한다.
