- Abstract
- 열환원 방법을 이용한 금속의 산화 방지용 환원 그래핀 박막 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 환원 그래핀 산화물 박막 제조방법은 그래핀 산화물 현탁액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 그래핀 산화물 현탁액을 기질에 적층시키는 단계, 상기 기질에 적층된 그래핀 산화물을 환원시키는 단계; 및 상기 환원된 그래핀 산화물을 금속표면에 코팅하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 금속의 물리적 특성에 영향을 주지 않으면서 안정적으로 금속표면의 산화를 방지할 수 있는 환원 그래핀 산화물 박막을 제조할 수 있다.
