- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 미생물을 이용한 중금속 탐지 바이오센서에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서는, 기판; 상기 기판 상에 형성되며, 중금속을 포함하는 유체가 공급되어 유동되는 공급유로채널; 및 상기 기판 상에 형성되며, 내부에 상기 중금속에 반응하는 미생물이 구비되고 상기 유체가 집적되도록 형성된 집적 공간이 형성되어 있는 감지챔버를 포함하며, 상기 감지챔버의 상기 집적 공간으로 상기 유체가 집적되면 상기 유체 내 상기 중금속에 상기 미생물이 반응하면서 중금속의 유무 여부를 판단할 수 있는 미생물을 이용한 중금속 탐지 바이오센서를 제공한다.
