- 그라펜 시트, 이를 포함하는 투명 전극, 활성층, 이를 구비한 표시소자, 전자소자, 광전소자, 배터리, 태양전지 및 염료감응 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 1 내지 20 층의 그라펜을 포함하는 하부 시트 및 상기 하부 시트 상에 형성되며, 상기 하부 시트보다 많은 층의 그라펜을 포함하는 리지(ridge)를 포함하고, 상기 리지는 금속의 결정립 경계(grain boundary) 형상인 것인 그라펜 시트을 제공한다.
