- 본 발명은 유기물-무기물 반도체 이종접합 발광소자 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 도너의 나노구조 제어를 통한 내부 전기장 크기 조절 등을 통해 도너인 질화물 반도체 양자우물구조층과 어셉터인 발광폴리머층 간의 공명에너지전이 현상을 최대화할 수 방법을 개시한다.
