- Abstract
- 본 발명은 고분자-이산화티탄과 같은 유무기 태양전지에서 이온성 액체 (ionic liquid)를 이용하여 개방전압 (open-circuit voltage, Voc)을 상승시키는 기술에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 이온성 액체를 구성하는 양이온과 음이온이 각각 이온성 겹층을 형성함(ionic double layers)으로써 유무기 층 사이의 계면 에너지 준위를 변화시키고 결과적으로 개방전압을 증가시키는 태양전지 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다.
