- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 시약 보관용기는 챔버 내에 설치된 시약보관 용기에 있어서, 시약이 보관되는 공간을 갖는 바디부, 및 상기 바디부에 형성된 개구의 개방을 통제하는 마개밸브를 포함하고, 상기 마개밸브는 상전이(phase change)에 의하여 상기 바디부의 개방을 통제한다.
