- 제1 반도체 층, 활성층 및 제2 반도체 층을 포함하는 발광 구조 층을 차례로 형성하는 단계, 상기 발광 구조 층 위에 전극용 도전층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 전극용 도전층 위에 복수의 나노 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 상기 나노 패턴을 마스크로 하여 상기 전극용 도전층을 식각하여 복수의 전극 나노체를 형성하는 단계, 상기 나노 패턴을 마스크로 하여 상기 발광 구조층을 식각하여 복수의 발광 나노체를 형성하는 단계, 그리고 상기 나노 패턴을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 발광 다이오드의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 발광 다이오드에 관한 것이다.
