- 다공성 실리카(SiO2) 및 알루미늄 분말을 혼합하는 단계; 및 상기 다공성 실리카 및 알루미늄 분말의 혼합물을 열처리하여, 상기 다공성 실리카의 일부 또는 전부를 다공성 실리콘(Si)으로 환원하는 동시에 상기 알루미늄 분말의 일부 또는 전부를 산화알루미늄으로 산화시키는 단계를 포함하는 다공성 실리콘계 음극 활물질의 제조 방법, 음극 활물질, 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지에 관한 것이다.
