- Abstract
- 금속 기판, 실리콘계 기판 또는 고무 기판인 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판을 접합하는 방법에 있어서, 양 기판 또는 어느 한 기판의 접합하고자 하는 표면을 산소 플라즈마로 처리하고 아미노실란으로 코팅한 뒤 서로 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 기판의 접합 방법은, 값비싼 장비나 급격한 온도 변화 없이 상온에서 손쉽게 기판들을 비가역적으로 접합할 수 있다.
