- 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 미세 유동 장치는 복수의 챔버들을 갖고 회전 가능하게 형성된 판상의 플랫폼, 및 상기 챔버들의 연통을 통제하는 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 밸브는 상기 밸브는 탄성을 갖는 탄성 구동부와 상기 탄성 구동부에 접하도록 설치되어 상기 탄성 구동부를 이동시키는 가압부재를 포함한다.
